Secondary school pupils engaged intensively with democratic values.
On Friday (23 May 2025), our school held a varied project day to strengthen democracy.
Stella (left) and Katharina (both from class 11d) took charge of the democracy training for Year 7, alongside other pupils from Years 10 and 11. They were specially trained as democracy trainers for this purpose.
Felix Homann presents his programme on fake news, conspiracy theories and disinformation to Years 9 and 10 in the canteen.
He vividly demonstrated how fake news gradually destroys the foundations of (one's own) truths.
In the art project "I'll show you what you don't see", pupils were able to create creative contributions during the long breaks.
The Georgians were asked to share their worries, fears and feelings on profiles. These were then displayed on the windows of the passageway between the C and B buildings.
The Helping Hearts cake sale was also a resounding success, raising €141.50 for the LOGO counselling centre run by the Child Protection Association.
